摘要
目的探讨医院急诊急救医疗中的质量管理问题。方法采用回顾性分析的方法调查该院急诊科医护人员、急救设备、急救药物和医患纠纷发生情况;采用意见箱调查的方法调查家属意见。结果该院目前急诊科运行良好,各方面仪器设备较为齐全,但仪器设备多为基础配备,且较为陈旧。病人家属反映良好。结论针对目前的问题,找到相应对策,提高急诊急救的医疗质量。
Objective To investigate the Emergency quality management. Methods Using retrospective analysis method to investigating the emergency medical staff, first aid equipment, first aid medicines and medical disputes occurred,Adopt the suggestion box survey patients and their families,opinion. Results Current the emergency operation is good, all aspects of equipment is relatively complete,But instruments and equipment as the foundation, more are more old. reflect the good of the patient's family. Conclusions Aiming at the problem, find the corresponding countermeasures, improve the quality of emergency first aid medical.
