医教研融合新形势下临床教师培养探讨——以南京中医药大学附属医院为例 被引量:4

摘要 临床教师不是专职教师,未经过系统的专业培训,教学能力和工作规范性偏弱。随着医教研融合一体化管理工程的实施和推进,附属医院教学工作任务增加和要求提高,但临床教师的教学能力相对不足,不能完全胜任教学工作,教学质量滑坡等问题日显突出。文章分析了融合新形势和临床教师队伍现状,从健全制度、完善规程、转变思想、强化培训、奖惩并举等方面探讨了临床教师的规范培养工作,并认为临床教师的专业成长需要多方参与、反复培训、内外兼修,是一项多环节、全方位、循序渐进的工程。 Clinical teachers aren't full-time teachers,haven't the professional system training for teaching, their ability ofnormative teachingis insufficient. Alongside the implementation and promotion of the integrated management project of the fusion of medical,teachingand research,teaching tasks have been increasing and there are more requirements,but clinical teacherscan't be competent for teaching for their insufficientteaching ability, therefor,the issues like the landslide of teaching quality have become increasingly severe.By analyzing of the situation of the fusion and clinical teaching staff,it's thought that clinical teacher's normative training could be performed by some ways,such as perfect system and regulations,changing thought,intensive training,carrying out rewards and punishment simultaneously,etc.And it's a multi-link and omnibearing project of proper sequence,which need multi-participation,continuing training and external-internal cultivation to help clinical teachers' professional development.
