摘要
目的探讨精细化管理应用于医院门诊药房管理的措施和实践效果。方法依据该院门诊药房的特殊性有针对性地制定精细化的管理方案,并落实到位,比较该院门诊药房实施精细化管理前后的实践效果。结果自该院门诊药房实施精细化管理方案后,药房医护人员的日调剂量增加明显,单方调剂时间和患者候药时间均较之前明显缩短,患者满意度由63.6%提升至89.4%,前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理应用于医院门诊药房管理能够促进工作效率提升,优化人力资源,提高管理水平,值得在医院门诊药房管理中提倡。
Objective To investigate the application of refined management in hospital outpatient pharmacy management measures and practical effects. Methods Based on the particularity of the outpatient pharmacy for making fine management scheme, and put in place, comparison of outpatient department in our hospital before and after the implementation of fine management of pharmacy practice effect. Results The fine management program implementation of outpatient pharmacy self hospital, medical staff, adjust the dose of drug increased significantly, unilateral relief time and waiting time of patients were significantly reduced, patient satisfaction increased from 63.6% to 89.4%, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of delicacy management in hospital outpatient pharmacy management can improve the work efficiency, optimize human resources, improve the management level, worthy of promotion in the hospital outpatient pharmacy management.
