Objective To explore how to apply the SWOT analysis dimethyl hospital in the county health administration and management work, provide a valuable reference for the primary hospital managers to better manage and develop hospital.Methods SWOT analysis of the opportunities and threats that may exist at the county level dimethyl hospital＇s own strengths, weaknesses and the external environment, careful analysis, clear Hospital Practice Management requirements, as a basis to develop appropriate development strategies, help hospitals better survival and development.
