摘要 我国当前的医疗环境下,公立医院占据了主要地位。以人管理而不以制度管理,科室之间协调不力以及过分地追求利益等弊病在我国的公立医院普遍存在。公立医院临床科室的管理是整个医院管理的根本,影响着医院决策执行与未来发展。如何合理地选任科室主任以及对科室主任领导班子的建设都是提高临床科室管理质量的重要举措,同时也离不开完善的管理制度和科学有效的管理。 Under the current medical environment in China, the main model for the running of hospitals is that public hospitals are still playing a major role. In the long-term development for the comprehensive public hospitals, some of the negative signs occurred, for example, the pursuit of larger benefit, system management was replaced by human management, the inefficient coordination between departments. Therefore, there is a significance to discuss the inadequacies and measures on the management of modern comprehensive public hospitals. The clinical department management is key to the management of the whole hospital and has an impact on the decision execution and future development. In order to improve the management quality of the clinical departments, important measures, such as the proper selection of department directors, the construction of the directors team, the healthy and comprehensive management rules, and scientific management are necessary.
