贵阳市24台医用CT机质量控制检测结果分析

Analysis on Results of Quality Control Testing for 24 Sets of CT,Guiyang

目的分析贵阳市部分医院CT机质量控制现状,为进一步加强医用CT机质量控制管理工作提供依据。方法依据国家标准(GB17589-2011)对贵阳市部分医院24台CT机进行质量控制检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果首次检测结果合格率为87.5%,其中CTDIw(头部)值检测合格率为91.7%,CT值(水)、噪声、低对比可探测能力检测合格率均为87.5%,重建层厚偏差、均匀性、CT值线性检测合格率均为95.8%,其余参数合格率均为100%。经工程师现场调试后,CT机检测合格率达到100%。结论对各医院CT机定期进行质量控制检测,能有效保证CT机的安全运行,以确保在获得足够诊断信息的前提下尽可能地降低患者受照剂量。

Objective To analyze the status of CT quality control in some hospitals in Guiyang,and provide the basis for further strengthening the quality control management of medical CT. Methods According to the national standard（GB17589-2011）,to carry on quality control testing for 24 sets of CT in some hospitals in Guiyang,and analyze the results of testing.Results The passing rate of the first testing was 87.5%, the passing rate of CTDIw（head） of which was 91.7%,the passing rate of the value of CT（water）, noise, low contrast detection ability was 87.5%,the passing rate of reconstruction thickness deviation, uniformity, linear of CT value was 95.8%, the passing rate of the other parameters was 100%. Through on-site commissioning by engineer,the passing rate of CT testing reached 100%. Conclusion Regular quality control testing for CT in hospital, can effectively guarantee the safe operation of CT,and reduce the patient dose as much as possible while obtaining the sufficient diagnostic information.
