某院不合理应用抗菌药物的实例分析

An Example of Irrational use of Antimicrobial Agents in a Hospital

目的了解某院使用抗菌药物的具体情况,提高临床合理使用抗菌药物的水平。方法随机抽查2014年第3季度180份住院部归档病历,对部分不合理使用抗菌药物的事例进行叙述和分析。结果抗菌药物使用率为67.36%;病原学送检率低,大部分凭经验选药;无感染指征的预防用药,预防用药的起点偏高,用量较大,时间过长药物更换不及时;术前过早给手术患者用药及长时间术后预防用药。结论抗菌药物使用较为广泛,但缺少药敏实验依据,有待进一步的改善。

Objective To understand the application of antibiotics in our hospital＇s and improve the level of clinical rational application of antibiotics. Methods Snap check 180 archive records of 3rd quarter, and analysis the examples of irrational use of antibiotics. Results Antimicrobial agents usage was 67.36%; Low pathogenic submission rate, and most medicine applied based on experience. There was premature delivery before operation and prolonged prophylaxis after operation. There were many problems including higher starting dosage, larger amount, longer time drug application and replacement is not timely. Conclusions Antimicrobial drug application was more widespread, while lacking the susceptibility test basis during the process. And it need to be further improved.
