摘要
目的观察岗位管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院自2013年1月—2013月12月5间手术室未实施岗位管理,将其作为对照组,选取该院自2014年1月—2014年12月5间手术室进行岗位管理,将其作为观察组,比较两组护理管理方式的价值。结果观察组医生对物品准备、接待患者、体位摆放、无菌操作、在位情况、主动配合方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员对岗位认知、绩效分配、排班形式方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组进行手术的患者对术前的访视及讲解、入室的接待态度、护理中的服务态度、护理中的指导工作、持续性的服务情况方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论岗位管理既可以促进护理人员工作积极性,提高工作效率,减轻压力,也可使患者得到更好的护理服务,是一种有价值的手术室护理管理方法。
Objective To investigate the value of management positions in the operating room nursing management. Methods In our hospital from January 2013—2013 Dec 5 operating room management positions is not implemented, as a group,our hospital from January 2014—2014 December 5 posts for operating room management, it will be worth it as the observation group were compared Nursing Management. Results The items for doctors, patients received, placed in position,aseptic reign, the initiative with regard satisfaction was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Observation group of vocational nurses cognition, performance allocation, scheduling formal aspects satisfaction were higher, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Observation group of patients undergoing preoperative visit and explain, and burglary reception attitude, nursing service, nursing guidance, continuity of service aspects of satisfaction were higher, the difference was statistically significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Job management can contribute to both nurses enthusiasm for work, improve work efficiency, reduce stress, but also allows patients get better care, is a very valuable operating room nursing management.
