控制小组在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

目的探究控制小组在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法随机从该院手术室人员中组建的6个小组,其中控制有四个体系,分别为专科护士长、护士长、控制员、专科组长,实施综合有效的护理控制。对护理前后发生的不良事件进行统计和比较,比对每个小组在控制中的平均得分。结果控制小组护理管理后出现的不好事件比管理前发生的次数有所降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);依据本院的《护理质量的评分标准》,其中护理质量管理之后所有的指标都存在着上升趋势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论控制质量小组在手术室护理学中的应用,其护理质量管理的效果明显的更加标准、更加具有制度,在一定程度上提高了手术室中护理管理的效能和质量,专业的发展又增加了活力,应该将此进行推广。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of the control group in the operating room nursing management quality.Methods First select 6 team, as we randomly from the operating room staff to form the control system of four,respectively, specialty the head nurse, head nurse, controllers, specialty team leader, implement comprehensive and effective nursing control. Conclusion The application of nursing quality control group in the operating room, the obvious effects of nursing quality management more standard, more system, to a certain extent, improve the efficiency and quality of nursing management in operating room, professional development and increased energy, should be replicated in this.
