不同类型养老机构老年人对护工服务满意度的比较分析

Analysis of the Elderly Satisfaction on Nursing Service in Different Types of Pension Institutions

目的了解山东省不同类型养老机构中的老年人对护工服务的满意度及其影响因素,为养老机构管理者提供对策参考。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷,采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取山东省6个地级市1200名老年人进行调查。单因素分析应用分层交叉表,多因素应用有序变量的Logistic回归。结果单因素在公立养老机构中有统计学意义的变量包括婚姻状况、受教育程度、经济状况;在私立养老机构中统计学有意义的变量包括年龄、自理状况、过去从事职业、经济状况。多因素分析公立养老机构中有意义的变量有婚姻状况和经济状况,私立养老机构中有意义的变量有年龄和经济状况。结论经济条件越好的老年人对护工服务的满意度越低;私立养老机构中年龄越小的老年人对护工服务的满意度越高;公立养老机构中丧偶的老年人对护工的满意度高。养老机构应加强护工的培训,提高其照料水平,进而提高老年人的生活质量。

Objective In order to know the elderly satisfaction and influencing factors on nursing service in different types of pension institutions in Shandong province, provide suggestions for the management of pension institutions. Methods With self-designed questionnaire, used the method of stratified random sampling investigated 1200 elderly people. The single factor is the application of layered cross table, Multi factor is the application of Logistic ordered variable regression. Results The significant variables of single factor in public pension institutions were marital status, education degree, economic status. In private pension institutions have significant variables of age, self-care status, occupation in the past, economic status. Multi factor analysis of public pension institutions show us that marital status and economic status were significant variables, private pension institutions have significant variables of age and economic status. Conclusions The better economic condition of elderly people, the lower on nursing service satisfaction. Younger elderly show higher satisfaction to the nursing services in private pension institutions. The widowed elderly show higher satisfaction to the nursing services in public pension institutions. The management of pension institutions should strengthen the training of nurses, improve the level of care, then improve the quality of life for the elderly.
