老年糖尿病患者应用胰岛素期间诱发低血糖反应的护理管理

Nursing Management of Hypoglycemia during the Application of Insulin in Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的深入讨论老年糖尿病患者在应用胰岛素期间诱发低血糖反应时的有效护理方法。方法选取该院2012年11月—2014年10月期间收治的60例采用胰岛素治疗的老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用回顾性分析的方式对其诱发低血糖反应的护理管理方法进行总结和分析。结果经过资料整合,发现患者运动量过大、合并肝功能不良、未按照要求进食及胰岛素用量过多是低血糖发生的主要原因;通过对患者进行科学有效的护理,并对出现的低血糖进行及时纠正,研究所选取的60例患者在接受系统的护理后,血糖均恢复正常,且未出现任何严重的并发症,护理效果达到预期。结论在糖尿病患者的临床治疗中,胰岛素治疗是一种科学有效的方法,但是由于患者年龄过大再加上长期注射,患者出现低血糖的可能性比较高,研究发现通过对患者进行有效的血糖监测、科学的健康知识宣教以及提高护理人员关于胰岛素的正确使用等方法,能够有效降低老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖的概率。

Objective An in-depth discussion of the effective nursing method for the elderly patients with diabetes mellitus during the application of insulin induced hypoglycemia. Methods In our hospital in November 2012 - October 2014 period 60 cases were treated using insulin therapy in elderly diabetic patients in this study, a retrospective analysis of the manner summarized and analyzed induced hypoglycemia reaction methods of care. Results After data integration, we found that pa-tients with excessive exercise, bad merge liver and kidney function, not in accordance with the requirements of food and ex-cessive amount of insulin is the main reason of hypoglycemia; through scientific and effective patient care, and the emer-gence of low blood sugar timely corrected, the Institute selected 60 cases of patients receiving care system, blood sugar re-turned to normal, and does not appear any serious complications, care to achieve the desired effect. Conclusion In the clini-cal treatment of diabetic patients, insulin therapy is a scientific and effective method, but because of age is too big plus long-term injection, the possibility of hypoglycemia in patients with relatively high, the study found patients through effec-tive glycemic monitoring, scientific knowledge of health education and other methods to improve nursing staff on the proper use of insulin, can effectively reduce the probability of hypoglycemia in elderly patients.
