艾滋病筛查实验室检测质量控制的因素分析

目的对艾滋病筛查实验室检测的质量控制因素进行分析,以保证HIV抗体筛查结果的准确性,防止漏检、误检,为艾滋病的防控提供准确的检测依据。方法根据常规工作HIV抗体筛查阳性与其确认阳性结果符合程度,总结和分析保证HIV抗体检测结果准确的因素。结果实验室与仪器设备影响,检验操作人员综合素质影响,艾滋病筛查实验室质量三个影响因素上表明对照组与观察组相比较在检出率上的P值均小于0.05,χ2值分别为8.333,6.188,9.424,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为了保证准确的检测结果 ,实验室的规范化建设和齐全的设施设备;检验人员的综合素质;建立健全艾滋病筛查实验室管理体系,对于严格的质量控制具有重要的影响作用。

Objective AIDS screening laboratory testing for quality control factors were analyzed, in order to ensure the ac-curacy of HIV antibody screening, to prevent undetected, error detection, provide accurate detection method according to AIDS prevention and control. Methods According to the conventional work HIV antibody screening positive confirmation of positive results in line with its level, summarized and analyzed to ensure that HIV antibody test results are accurate factors. Results laboratory instruments and equipment influence, affect the overall quality of inspection operations personnel, AIDS screening laboratories on three factors indicate the quality of the control group compared with the observation group in the detection rate of the p-value was less than 0.05,χ2 value 8.333,6.188,9.424,differences were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In order to ensure accurate test results, laboratory standardization construction and complete facilities and equipment;comprehensive quality inspection personnel; establish and improve HIV screening laboratory management system,for the strict quality control has an important influence.
