摘要
目的探讨PBL教学方法在神经外科带教中的应用效果。方法按照随机数字表法将在该院神经外科进行实习的86例学生进行分组带教,每组各为43例。实施PBL教学方法的作为观察组,实施传统教学方法的作为对照组。比较并分析两组带教效果。结果观察组平均成绩为(94.05±3.7)分,对照组平均成绩为(82.53±4.7)分,明显观察组成绩更高,P<0.05;观察组总体满意度为95.35%,对照组总体满意度为83.72%,观察组满意情况优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组整体评价优于对照组,P<0.05。结论在神经外科实践带教中实施PBL教学方法能够有效提高学生见习成绩及知识掌握程度,充分调动学生自主学习的能力,具有较高评价,应推广实施。
Objective To study the application effect of PBL method in the neurosurgery practice teaching. Methods 86 students of doing internship in our Neurosurgery Department were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases each group. The observation group adopted PBL method while the control group adopted the conventional teaching method. The teaching outcome of two groups was compared. Results The average score of observation group was (94.05±3.7) while the score of control group was (82.53±4.7) (P〈0.05);the overall satisfaction of observation group (95.35%) was higher than that of control group (83.72%) (P〈0.05); the overall evaluation of observation group was better than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion During the neurosurgery practice teaching process, PBL method can efficiently improve the students&#39; scores and mastery of knowledge, fully mobilize the students&#39; autonomous learning ability and has a higher evaluation. It shall be pro-moted and applied.
