提升医院体检科护理水平的有效策略研究

Research on the Effective Strategies of Improving the Nursing Level of Hospital Physical Examination

目的探讨和研究体检科护理水平提升的有效措施,从而使护理质量和体检人员对护理的满意度提高。方法采取体检前注意事项进行介绍、加强护理人员专业知识水平的培训和提高、注重强化巡视工作、对体检人员的满意度回访调查等措施。之后,对该院体检科护理人员实施以上措施前后,其专业水平提升情况和体检人员对其的满意度情况比较。结果通过实施提高体检科护理质量的一系列的措施之后,护理人员的专业知识水平平均分数为(94.6±1.8)分,措施没有实施之前,护理人员的专业知识水平平均分数为(82.9±3.9)分,二者相比差异具有统计学意义(t=5.417,P<0.05)。措施实施前后满意度分别为81.0%和97%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.331,P<0.05)。结论通过措施的实施,该院体检科护理人员的实际操作能力和专业知识水平明显提升、体检人员的满意度得以显著提高,表明措施有效值得推广。

Objective To explore the effective measures to improve the nursing level of physical examination, so as to im-prove the nursing quality and the satisfaction degree of medical staff. Methods To carry out the medical examination before the introduction, strengthen the training and improvement of the level of nursing staff professional knowledge, pay attention to strengthen the inspection work, the satisfaction of medical personnel satisfaction survey and other measures. After the im-plementation of the above measures, the nursing staff of the hospital physical examination, the level of their professional level and physical examination personnel to compare their satisfaction, and then confirm and verify the effectiveness of the measures. Results After the implementation of a series of measures to improve the quality of medical care, the level of pro-fessional knowledge of nursing staff was （3.9±1.8）, while the level of professional knowledge of nursing staff was significant-ly different , compared with two （t=5.417, P〈0.05）. On the other hand, the satisfaction degree of physical examination per-sonnel showed that the satisfaction degree was 97% and 81%, respectively, compared with the nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the nursing, with obvious difference （χ2=7.331,P〈0.05）, there was significant difference. Conclusion Through the implementation of measures, the actual operation ability and professional knowledge level of nurses in physical examination department of our hospital were significantly improved, and the satisfaction degree of medical staff was improved significantly, which indicated that the measures were effective and worthy of promotion.
