新医改背景下,如何加强医院人才队伍建设,如何吸引并引进更多的优秀医学毕业生到医疗机构工作,这既是医院人事制度改革、也是医院人才队伍建设的关键环节。该研究立足于持续改进医院人才队伍建设,尝试对基于胜任能力模式的医院人才队伍建设进行了系统分析,侧重阐述了胜任力、胜任力模式等基本理论,并提出了基于胜任能力的医院人才队伍素质结构以及创新人才培养的对策。
