摘要
目的探讨人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法医院在2014年6月—2015年6月期间在护理管理中实施人性化管理模式,选取60例护理人员和70例住院患者家属分别评估人性化管理模式实施前后的满意度。结果人性化管理模式实施前,护理人员的护理管理满意度为46.67%,患者家属护理满意度为58.57%;人性化管理模式实施后,护理人员的护理管理满意度为91.67%,患者家属护理满意度为94.29%。护理人员和患者家属在人性化管理模式实施前后的满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(均P=0.0000)。结论人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果显著,值得在临床护理管理中推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of human management application in nursing management. Methods Hospi-tal during June 2014 to June 2015 to implement humane management in nursing management, 60 patients and 70 caregivers were family members of hospitalized patients to assess satisfaction of human management before and after implementation. Results Before the implementation of humane management, nursing care management satisfaction was 46.67%, families of patients care satisfaction 58.57%; after the implementation of humane management, nursing care management satisfaction was 91.67%, the families of patient care satisfaction was 94.29%. Satisfaction caregivers and family members of patients in the humane management before and after comparison, there were significant differences(both P=0.0000). Conclusion The effect of human management application in nursing management significantly,it should be widely used in clinical nursing management.
