摘要
该文通过对实施细节管理模式前后的科室护理工作包括基础护理、健康教育、文书书写、护理安全、急救技术考核等方面进行评分比较,同时采用问卷调查未实施与实施细节管理时期患者对护理工作的满意度情况,以探讨细节管理模式在提高神经内科护理服务中的效果。
