摘要
目的分析小儿急性心力衰竭急救后的护理和管理方法。方法该院对2014年1月—2015年1月之间的80例就诊患儿进行了观察监测,在征得了家长的同意后,对这80例患儿进行了小儿急性心力衰竭的护理和管理全程的观察。结果该80例患者中,有78例康复出院,抢救成功率是97.5%。有2例心力衰竭患儿抢救失败,分别是由重度肺炎和先天性心脏病导致的急性心力衰竭。结论对于小儿急性心力衰竭急救后的护理和管理,要做到及时确诊并救治,加强医治过程中的护理和管理工作,能明显提高小儿急性心力衰竭疾病的治愈率。
Objective To analyze the nursing and management methods for the treatment of acute heart failure in children. Methods Our Hospital between August 1 January 2014 to 2015 of 80 cases of hospitalized children were observed, with the consent of the consent of a parent, of the 80 patients of acute heart failure in childrens care and management of the whole observation. Results 80 cases of patients, 78 cases of rehabilitation, the success rate is 97.5. There are 2 cases of heart failure in children with acute heart failure caused by severe pneumonia and congenital heart disease. Conclusion For chil-dren with acute heart failure emergency nursing with the management, to do timely diagnosis and treatment, strengthening treatment in the process of nursing care and management, can significantly improve the cure rate of children with acute heart failure disease.
