运用品管圈提高小儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率实践

Nursing Practice of the Success Rate of Scalp Vein Puncture in Children by Using the Product Tube Circle

目的探讨开展品管圈活动对提高小儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率的作用。方法成立品管圈活动小组,通过主题选定、制定活动计划、现状把握、目标设定,要因分析、对策拟定及对实施后的效果进行评价。结果目标达成率98%,穿刺成功率提高了43%。结论开展品管圈活动对提高小儿头皮静脉穿刺成功率效果明显,开展品管圈活动是提高护理人员解决问题能力的有效方式。

Objective To investigate the effect of the activity of quality control circle on the success rate of puncture of scalp vein puncture in children. Methods the establishment of the product management circle activity group, through the theme selected, the development of the activities of the plan, the status quo, the target set, to analyze, to develop and evalu-ate the effect of the implementation of the evaluation. Results The target rate was 98%, the success rate of puncture was increased by 43%. Conclusion To improve the success rate of scalp vein puncture in children is obvious, and to carry out the activity of product management circle is an effective way to improve the ability of nursing staff to solve the problem.
