探讨护理管理对控制口腔医院感染的效果影响

To Explore the Effect of Nursing Management on Controlling The Infection of Oral Hospital

目的探讨护理管理对控制口腔医院感染的效果影响。方法 2014年通过加强护理管理措施对医院感染进行控制,并与2013年该院环境监测记录和院内感染率进行比较,探讨护理管理对控制医院感染的效果。结果护理管理前空气指标合格率和医院感染发生率为4.3%和90.2%,实施护理管理后空气指标合格率和医院感染发生率为2.4%和93.5%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强医院护理人员感染知识培训,使所有工作人员感受到医院感染问题的敏感性,从而有效减少医院感染的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing management on the control of the infection in the oral hospital. Methods To control the infection in hospital by strengthening nursing management measures in 2014, and compared with the environmental monitoring record and hospital infection rate in 2013, and to explore the effect of nursing management to control hospital infection. Results The qualified rate of air index and hospital infection rate were 4.3% and 90.2%, and the qualified rate of air index and hospital infection rate were 2.4%and 93.5%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the knowledge training of nursing staff in hospital, so that all the staff can feel the sensitivity of hospital infection, so as to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
