探讨血标本采集过程对检验结果可能产生的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血标本采集过程中各项环节对于检验结果的影响作用。方法统计该院在2014年9月—2014年10月进项血液检验的患者共152例,对血液样本进行检验。该院运用全自动生化分析仪对血液进行分析,血液采集按照相关标准进行。主要比对分析采血部位,检送时间,采血时间,血液标本溶血,以上各环节对于血液检验结果的影响作用。结果在采集血液之前,询问血液采集检验者是否空腹,且将空腹检验的患者的结果纳入到研究对象之中。关于采集部位,检验时间,溶血情况的影响结果呈现以下结果,异侧与同侧采集的血液检验结果,在规定时间和延后1 h送至血液检验处的检验结果,存在溶血和不存在溶血状况的血液样本检验结果之间都存在明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论在血液采集中,采血部位,检送时间,采血时间,血液标本溶血等相应的情况将会对血液检验产生一定的影响作用,故血液采集应严格按照执行标准执行,以保障血液检验的准确性。 Objective To study the blood samples were collected during the part of the influence of the test results. Results Before the collection of blood and asked whether fasting blood collection test, and the test results of the fasting patient into this study being. About collection site, the test of time, affect the outcome of hemolysis presented the following results, different blood test results collected by the ipsilateral side, at a specified time and delayed one hour to the test results of the blood tests, the presence and absence of hemolysis hemolysis there are significant differences (P〈0.05) between the blood sample test results of the situation. Conclusion Blood collection, the blood collection site, check transmission time, corresponding situation sampling time, blood samples hemolytic will have some influence on blood tests, so blood collection should be strictly in accordance with the implementa-tion of standards to ensure blood tests accuracy.
