吉林地区全科医生难点基本技术的培训及考核方法现状

目的探讨吉林地区全科医生"通科医疗"能力低的主要原因。方法吉林地区的全科医生。通过经过十几年对在职专科医生进行半脱产或业余函授性质的全科医生转型培训,发现问题:学生学习时理解难、掌握难;基本技术涉猎范围广;纸质化考核难度大;阅片、电诊变化多样性和个体差异难度大;纸质化考试片面性强;基本技术的考核不及格率较高;基本技术的缺如,影响基本医疗服务。结果造成了转型学员整体人文素质低,"通科医疗"能力低。结论难点基本技术盲点太多,影响诊疗结果与质量,是长期制约全科医生良性发展的原因。
