摘要
目的了解护理专业《人际沟通》课程的现状及其在校生、实习生和临床带教教师对该课程的意见和建议,并提出相应的对策。方法于2015年2月整群抽取青岛滨海学院护理专业在校生400人进行问卷调查,随机抽取实习生50人以及临床带教教师100人进行问卷调查,问卷内容主要包括课程重要性、设置、现存问题以及影响教学水平因素四个方面。结果对于《人际沟通》课程的开课学期与实践方式,在校生、实习生和临床带教教师观点不一致。结论整合护理专业人文课程,将人文素质的提升贯穿于整个护理专业的学习过程之中,同时实践环节采取多样化,满足师生要求。
