摘要
目的探讨呼吸内科护理管理工作的安全细节处理方法及实施效果。方法该院于2014年1月起在呼吸内科实施安全细节管理,比较安全细节管理实施前后呼吸内科护理管理效果及患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果 2014年度150例患者中仅有3例出现护理风险事件,2013年度37例护理风险事件,2个年度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年度患者满意度为94.7%,明显高于2013年度(72.7%),前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施安全细节处理,可有效提高呼吸内科护理管理效率及患者满意度,能够对构建和谐医患关系产生促进作用,值得推广。
Objective To explore nursing security detail processing and methods for the management of respiratory medicine and effect. Methods Our hospital in January 2014 in respiratory medicine implementation details of safety management, safe details breathing internal medicine nursing before and after the management effect of nursing and patients satisfaction. Re-sults Only 3 cases appeared in 2014, 150 cases of patients with nursing risk events, 2013, 37 cases of nursing risk events two annual significant difference(P〈0.05); 2014 patients&#39; satisfaction was 94.7%, significantly higher than that of 2013 (72.7%), before and after significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementation of the security detail processing, can effectively improve the respiratory medicine nursing management efficiency and patient satisfaction, can produce promotes to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, is worth promoting.
