摘要
目的评价护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法 2014年1月起,某院开始在普外科病房开展护士分层级管理。结果 2014年病房管理、健康教育、护理技术、患者满意度评分高于2013年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年,第4季度护士倦怠低于第1季度,护士能级、CTDI-CV高于第1季度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2014年护理差错发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理不良例次率低于2013年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理模式有助于提高护理管理质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nurse hierarchical management mode on nursing management. Methods in January 2014,a hospital began to carry out the management of nurse in the Department of general surgery ward. Results In 2014,the ward management score,health education score,nursing skill score,patient satisfaction score higher than 2013,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);In 2014,the fourth quarter of the nurse burnout score lower than the first quarter,nurse level,CTDI-CV score higher than the first quarter,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05);In 2014,the incidence of nursing errors,nurse patient disputes occurred,the rate of nursing adverse cases was lower than in 2013,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The nurse hierarchical management model can improve nursing management quality.
