摘要
目的深入探讨护士分层管理对提高护理质量的临床效果。方法选取该院6个具有代表性的病区,结合医院的实际情况并借助护士分层管理理论实施护理管理,然后就分层管理实施前后的护理质量及患者的护理满意度进行综合性的比较和分析。结果主要护理质量评价指标,基础护理合格率、健康教育达标率和患者护理满意度比较,护士分层管理实施后均显著优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过科学的护理人力资源运用,护士分层管理能够最大程度的提高护理质量和患者的护理满意度,值得在临床实践中予以借鉴。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing quality of nursing management. Methods 6 representative wards in the hospital were selected, and the nursing management was implemented by using the nurse hierarchical manage-ment theory. Then the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared before and after the implementa-tion of hierarchical management. Results The quality of nursing care, the qualified rate of basic nursing, the standard rate of health education and nursing satisfaction of patients were significantly better than before implementation, and the differ-ence was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Through scientific nursing human resource management, nurse hier-archical management can improve the nursing quality and patient satisfaction degree, which is worth to be used for refer-ence in clinical practice.
