门诊体检人群的超重及肥胖现况调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解连云港地区人群超重及肥胖的现况。方法选取2015年2—4月在市一院营养科门诊体检的体检者340人为调查对象,通过检测研究对象的身体成分,比较不同性别年龄段超重和肥胖的患病率情况,并分析推定骨量和体重是否有相关性。结果门诊体检人群总肥胖率和总超重率分别为42.1%和31.8%。男性超重率和肥胖率分别为35.1%和43.9%,女性超重率和肥胖率分别为26.7%和39.3%。男性和女性在不同年龄段超重肥胖患病率的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性和女性在中年期体重达到最重阶段。体检人群中推定骨量与体重之间存在显著相关性。结论连云港地区超重及肥胖现患率很高,男性超重及肥胖人数和比例均高于女性。门诊体检中要加强和重视肥胖人群的健康咨询和指导。 Objective To investigate the prevalence of overweight and obesity in Lianyungang area. Methods From Febru-ary 2015 to April,340 outpatients who had physical examination in the first people’s hospital of Lianyungang were taken, body composition analysis was detected to compare the prevalence of overweight and obesity in different gender and age, and to analyze the correlation of between estimation bone mass and body weight. Results The total rate of obesity and over-weight were 42.1% and 31.8%. The rate of obesity and overweight of male were 35.1% and 43.9%, and rate of obesity and overweight of female were 26.7% and 39.3%. The rate of obesity and overweight were markedly distinct between different gender and age groups (P〈0.05). Men and women had the heaviest body weight when in middle age. There was a significant correlation between estimation bone mass and body weight. Conclusion The rate of overweight and obesity were high in Lianyungang area, the number and proportion of overweight and obesity in male were higher than female. Health consulta-tion and guidance to the obesity ones should be strengthened seriously in outpatient physical examination.
