摘要
目的通过2010—2014年四川省宜宾市钩端螺旋体病疫情及监测分析,探讨宜宾市钩端螺旋体病流行的危险关键控制点,为制定防控措施提供决策依据。方法用夜夹法布夹监测鼠密度、鼠种;采集鼠肾做钩端螺旋体培养及鉴定;采集健康人群血清用显微镜凝结实验(MAT)进行抗体测定。结果 7个区县报告钩体病例41例,年均发病率0.18/10万;健康人群血清500人份,钩体病抗体阳性率31.0%;布鼠夹10207夹次,捕获野鼠140只,鼠密度为13.7‰,黑线姬鼠51只占比为36.4%、褐家鼠33只占比为23.6%、小家鼠31只占比为22.1%;鼠肾培养111只,培养出钩端螺旋体5株,带菌率4.5%,黑线姬鼠4只带菌,占比为80%。结论 2010—2014年四川省宜宾市钩端螺旋体病处于较低水平,疫情均为散发,健康人群抗体水平出现下降,监测点野鼠密度较低,优势鼠种以黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠和小家鼠为主,黑线姬鼠钩端螺旋体带菌率较高。

Conclusion Leptospirosis, yibin city in recent years at lower levels, outbreaks are distributed, healthy crowd antibody levels fall, moni-toring rats density is low, advantage of is given priority to with the black thread kyi rats, brown rats and mice, the black rat her leptospira carrier rate is higher, the grassroots medical staff to hook the diagnosis and treatment of body disease remains to be further improved, still need to strengthen the sense of the masses of prevention hook, partial of the risk of hook dis-ease outbreaks should continue to strengthen prevention and control.
