摘要 目的评价PBL教学法在中医院校床边教学班外科学教学中的效果。方法将2013年3月—2015年3月南京中医床边教学班的学生随机分成AB两个组,每组为3个班级。在外科学部分章节教学过程中,对A组采用PBL教学法,对B组采用传统的教学方法。教学结束后用问卷调查表以及考试成绩的优秀率来评价教学成果。结果从问卷调查表上反映出绝大多数学生都认为PBL教学法提高了学生学习兴趣和学习能力,活跃了课堂气氛,效果显著,好于传统教学方法。A组学生相关章节的测试成绩优秀率明显比B组学生高。结论 PBL教学模式有效地促进了学生学习的主动性、积极性,提升了运用和驾驭知识的能力,对培养学生独立性思维和激发科研能力是一种有效的教学方法,可以进一步探索并使之完善。 Objective To evaluate surgical teaching of PBL teaching method in Chinese medicine colleges and universities bedside teaching classes. Methods In March 2013 to May 2015 south bedside teaching classes of students of traditional Chinese medicine into AB two groups randomly, each group into three classes. In surgery section in the process of teaching, using PBL teaching method, group A to group B with traditional teaching method. After the teaching with questionnaire and excellence rate to evaluate the teaching results of the examination results. Results From the questionnaire reflects the vast majority of students believe that PBL teaching method could improve the ability of students' learning interest and learning, active classroom atmosphere, the effect is remarkable, the traditional teaching methods. A group of students the relevant chapter of performance excellence rate is obviously higher than B group of students. Conclusion PBL teaching mode and effectively promote the students' learning initiative and enthusiasm, improve the ability to use and manage knowledge, to cultivate students' independent thinking and stimulate the scientific research ability is a kind of effective teaching methods, to further explore and make it perfect.
