精细化管理在泌尿外科护理管理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Meticulous Management in Nursing of Urological Surgical

目的探讨精细化管理对提高泌尿外护理质量的影响。方法 2014年1—12月对该院泌尿外科病房的护理工作实施精细化管理,并与2013年度的常规护理管理进行对照分析,评价精细化管理实施前后的护理质量和患者满意度。结果实施精细化管理后,泌尿外科护理质量、护理考核成绩和患者满意度均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科护理实施精细化管理,能有效提高护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective To study the influence to improve the nursing quality of urinary surgical with meticulous manage-ment. Methods The nursing work urinary surgical ward was given meticulous management from Jan. to Dec. 2014 in our hospital, and compared with 2013 annual routine nursing management,to evaluate the quality of care and patient satisfac-tion in meticulous management before and after.Results Nursing quality, assessment results and patient satisfaction of meticulous management after were significantly higher than those of meticulous management before （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Meticulous management in urological surgical nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction.
