PICC Catheter Safety Maintenance Experience

目的探讨中心静脉导管(PICC)的维护方法 ,预防和减少因静脉置管而导致的感染及与导管相关的并发症。方法回顾性分析和总结PICC置管后存在的安全隐患,给予要因分析,阐述护理对策,实施安全规范的维护方法和措施。结果共实施安全规范的导管维护160次,无一例并发症发生。结论重视对PICC导管的安全管理,加强对患者的健康宣教,有效防范导管留置期的安全隐患及并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the maintenance method of central venous catheter （PICC）, and to prevent and reduce the infection caused by venous catheter and complications related to catheter. Methods A retrospective analysis and sum-mary of the PICC after the existence of hidden dangers, to give due to analysis, to explain the nursing measures, the imple-mentation of safety standards of maintenance methods and measures. Results 160 cases were carried out in a total of 1 cas-es, and no complications occurred. Conclusion To strengthen the safety management of PICC catheter, strengthen the health education of patients, and prevent the safety problems and complications.
