职业病患者选择医院的影响因素

目的为研究职业病患者的就医行为及选择医院的影响因素,开展更好的医疗服务行为。方法通过自制的《调查问卷表》,对济南三所职业病工伤医保指定定点医院住院患者586例,开展一系列的调查问卷、分析。了解这群不同类别的病员得病后的就医选择时间、就医选择地点、依从性、选择因素的态度等。结果总体调查人数中,以接触粉尘人数最多,符合尘肺占职业病人数居首位。从就医情况看,已经诊断为职业病的患者,享受国家补贴待遇,查体、看病住院意识较强。从选择医院影响因素来看,职业病患者仍然看重医院医疗技术,其次为服务态度。并且职业病患者住院可以结队看病、住院。结论医院应该开展全方位,多层次的医疗服务,全社会应关注职业病患者,医院更好地为该类患者服务,同时建立健全的保障体系,关爱为了工作、在职业活动中患病的职业病患者。
