摘要
该文分析了医方和患方对待医患关系紧张的诱因的不同认识,进而用期望理论从医患双方的期望值和效价两方面分析医患各方采取不同行为的原因。提出缓解医患关系紧张的对策,包括:医务人员加强沟通意识和培养沟通能力;医方要善于换位思考,体谅并关爱患方;医方要加强道德自律,自觉维护白衣天使的形象;通过多渠道全方位普及医疗健康知识,合理引导患者治疗预期等。
This paper analyzes the hospitals and patients treat different understanding of the incentive of the tense doctor-patient relationship, and expectency theory from the expectation of both doctors and patients value and the titer of patient parties take different behavior. The authors put forward some measures to alleviate the tense relationship between medical care providers and patients, including: medical staff to strengthen awareness of communication and communication skills training; doctors should be good at empathy, considerate and caring for the patients; hospitals to strengthen the moral self-discipline, and consciously safeguard the angels' image; through multiple channels to a full range of general and health care knowledge, guide the rational expectation of patients etc.
