摘要
现代医学模式是一个社会-生物-心理的综合体,为了满足不同层次患者的服务需求,解决医疗卫生服务过程中出现的各种问题,该院于2015年3月31日启动医院志愿服务活动,该文试从该院志愿服务活动的背景、医务人员参与志愿服务的管理、以往该院志愿服务的局限性、医务人员参与志愿服务活动的特点4个方面来对医务人员参与志愿服务的可持续发展进行探讨。
