我国医疗联合体实施情况的文献分析

Literatural Analysis of the Implementation and Problems of Medical Consortium in China

目的了解我国医疗联合体实施的现状、效果及存在的问题。方法采用文献研究法,设定文献纳入/排除标准,制定文献检索策略并进行文献检索,将检索到的文献进行初步筛选和质量评价,对符合要求的文献进行重点信息摘录、综合分析并得出结果。结果目前全国重点城市已基本建立医疗联合体,且已形成了各具特色的医疗联合体模式。但在实施过程中,各地均存在不同程度的问题,如医疗联合体内各层级医院之间医生利益难以协调、资源不公平分配、卫生信息平台有待完善等。目前尚未发现评价该政策的实施效果的较为严谨的研究。结论医疗联合体政策有待完善,今后的研究重点应该放在医疗联合体评价指标构建以及政策的实施监管和控制方面。

Objective To probe into the implementing of Medical Consortium in China and the problems in the course of implementations. Methods By literature study method, inclusion criteria were set up to retrieve relevant literature. Prelimi-nary screening and quality evaluation of literatures retrieved were carried out. Important information of included literatures had been extracted and analyzed comprehensively. Results At present, Medical Consortium has been basically established in China’s major cities and various unique pattern of the Medical Consortium has already formed. However, in the imple-mentation, there appear different degrees of problems, for example, it is difficult to coordinate the interests of medical doc-tors from different levels of hospital in Medical Consortium; the resources are distributed unfairly; health information plat-form needs improving. Now there is no relative serious about the comment on the application effects of this policy. Conclu-sion The Medical Consortium policy needs improving. The focuses of the future research should on the construction of eval-uation system of Medical Consortium and the supervision and control on implementing policy.
