高血压患者血压变异性与其靶器官损伤的关系 被引量:6

Association of blood pressure variability and target organ damages in patients with essential hypertension

摘要 目的探讨高血压患者血压变异性(cv值)与其靶器官损伤的关系。方法 120例高血压病患者按心、脑、肾血管靶器官损伤评分分为非事件组(0-4分,64例)和事件组(5-13分,56例)。分析cv值及其他传统危险因素与靶器官损伤评分的关系。结果两组在年龄、饮酒史、吸烟史、高脂血症、高血压病程、血压和cv值方面均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟和cv值均是靶器官损伤的独立危险因素。结论高血压患者的cv值与其发生心、脑、肾血管等靶器官损伤有密切关系。 Objective To explore the relationship of blood pressure variability(cv value)and target organ damages in the patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods According to the damage score of cardiovascular and renal vascular target organ,120 EH patients were assigned into two groups of A(5-13 points,with adverse events,56 cases)and B(0-4 points,without adverse events,64 cases).The relationship between cv value and other conventional risk factors and the damage score of cardiovascular and renal vascular target organs was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in age,history of drinking,smoking history,hyperlipemia,hypertension duration,blood pressure,and cv value between two groups(P〈0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,smoking history and cv value were the independent risk factors for target organ damages of EH patients.Conclusion The cv value of EH patients is closely related to the occurrence of target organ damages.
