摘要 目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(CRP)+1846C>T单核苷酸基因多态性(SNP)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的关系。方法在NSCLC手术患者(A组,40例)和健康体检者(B组,40例)采用散射免疫比浊法测定血清CRP,PCR-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)方法检测+1846C>T SNP基因型。分析血清CRP+1846C>T SNP基因型与NSCLC的关系。结果 A组血清CRP高于B组(P<0.05)。与CC基因型比较,TT基因型的肿瘤较大,病理分期较高,有淋巴结转移的肿瘤较多(P<0.05)。结论在NSCLC患者,CRP+1846C>T多态性与血清CRP水平无明显相关。CRP+1846TT基因型可能是NSCLC的一个不良预后因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship of C-reactive protein(CRP) +1846C2〉T single nueleotide polymorphisms(SNP) with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods In 40 patients with NSCLC(group A)and 40 healthy people (group B), serum CRP was detected by nephelometry immunometric assay and + 1846C 〉 T SNP was determined by PCR-RFLP. The relationship of CRP+1846C〉T SNP with NSCLC was analyzed. Results Serum level of CRP was higher in group A than that in group B(P〈0. 05). Compared to CC genotype, tumor was larger, the numbers of lymphatic invasion positive tumors were more, and the frequency of higher disease stages was greater in TT genotype (P〈0. 05). Conclusion CRP + 1846C〉T SNP has no significant correlation with serum level of CRP in NSLCL patients. The CRP+1846 TT genotype may predict a poor prognosis of NSCLC patients.
