甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术治疗尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的疗效 被引量:8

Efficacy of total parathyroidectomy combined with forearm parathyroid autograft in uremic patients with refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism

摘要 目的观察甲状旁腺全切加前臂移植术治疗尿毒症继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症(SHPT)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析接受甲状旁腺全切加前臂甲状旁腺自体移植的8例尿毒症SHPT患者的临床资料。结果 8例患者均无手术相关并发症,术后症状改善明显。患者术后血全段甲状旁腺素、血钙和血磷均较术前降低(P<0.05)。结论甲状旁腺全切加前臂甲状旁腺自体移植术对难治性尿毒症SHPT患者安全有效。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of total parathyroidectomy combined with forearm parathyroid autograft in uremic patients with refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT).Methods The data of 8 uremic patients with SHPT accepted total parathyroidectomy combined with forearm parathyroid autograft were retrospectively analyzed.Results The clinical symptoms after surgery were significantly improved in all 8 cases without operation-related complications.Serum levels of intact parathyroid hormone(iPTH),blood calcium and phosphorus were significantly lower after surgery than those before(P〈0.05).Conclusion Total parathyroidectomy combined with forearm parathyroid autograft is effective and safe for the uremic patients with refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism.
