摘要
体育教师是学校体育的组织者和引导者,了解民办高校体育教师面临的困境,对于民办高校体育发展具有现实意义。该文采用文献法、逻辑分析法对当前民办高校体育教师面临的困境进行了多维度的分析,认为民办高校体育教师面临以下4个方面的困境:长期的社会偏见、学校体育在学校中的尴尬地位、学生对体育课的淡漠、体育教师职业道德的失范。在此基础上,文章从体育教师自我发展角度提出了建议。
The P.E. Teacher is the organizer and executor of the school sports. By means of literature review and logical analysis, the paper analyzes the Dilemmas of P.E. Teachers in Private Colleges from multidimensional view. The main difficulties they face are as follows: the long term social prejudice, being in an uncomfortable position, students indifference to P.E. lessons, the?anomie? of P.E. Teachers' professional ethics.?Based on these, suggestions are put forward for P.E. teachers'?self-development.
