目的总结红景天在呼吸系统疾病治疗中的应用进展。方法检索"红景天防治呼吸系统疾病",对近年来该方面的研究进行综述,并对红景天治疗呼吸系统疾病的文献资料进行总结,对其应用背景及防治呼吸系统疾病研究现状进行分析。结果红景天具有抗氧化、扩血管、抗缺氧、提高缺氧耐受力等重要药理作用;红景天常被应用于辅助治疗、呼吸系统疾病,心脑血管系统疾病,均具有较高的临床效价。结论在治疗呼吸系统疾病方面,红景天能预防和辅助治疗包括支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化和肺部肿瘤等在内的常见疾病,且具有疗效显著、药物安全性高等优点。

Objective To summarize the application of the treatment of respiratory diseases in the treatment of respira- tory diseases. Methods Reviewed the research on the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in recent years, and summarized the literatures on the treatment of respiratory diseases. Results The important pharmacologi- cal effects such as antioxidant, expanding blood vessel, anti hypoxia, increasing the tolerance to hypoxia, and so on. Conclusion In the treatment of respiratory diseases, the prevention and adjuvant treatment of respiratory diseases, including bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer, and other common diseases, and has a significant effect, drug safety.
