摘要 运动员在每次训练结束后,需要迅速得到充分恢复,才不会影响在参加其它运动时的成绩。通过采用合理的恢复方法,能使运动员在训练中间的能量再利用,可以缓解疲劳,对大量运动有较大的益处,而且会减少肌肉拉伤等。世界各短跑强国都非常重视运动员体能恢复,也通过各种方法实施加速恢复,将恢复的实施列入体能训练计划,建立体能恢复中心,设置专职体能恢复研究人员等。所有这些都充分说明了体能恢复在现代短跑运动训练实践中的重要意义。 After each training, the athletes need to be fully recovered, and they will not affect the performance of other sports.
