306例急性脑梗死患者临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of 306 Cases of Clinical Therapeutic Effect inPatients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨药物波立维(氯毗格雷)联合药物阿司匹林用于治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取该院自2012年10月—2014年9月该院收治的急性脑梗死患者共306例,将其随机平均分为对照组和观察组各为153例,对照组给予药物奥扎格雷钠静脉滴注,观察组给予药物氯毗格雷片联合阿司匹林片,14 d为1个疗程,然后观察经过治疗后该两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过1个疗程的治疗,两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均比治疗前均有所下降,但是以观察组患者下降幅度为(9.0±7.3)分,明显优于对照组患者,该两组的患者的神经功能缺损评分比较,差异有统计学的意义(t=2.81,P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为86.93%,明显高于对照组(68.63%),该两组患者的总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用药物波立维(氯毗格雷)联用药物阿司匹林,共同治疗急性脑梗死患者不但治疗效果显著,而且安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the drug Plavix （CL PI Gray） combined with aspirin for clinical effect in the treatment of a-cute cerebral infarction. Methods In our hospital in patients with acute cerebral infarction from 2012 October to 2014 September in our hospital were a total of 306 cases, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group each 153 cases, the control group was given drug ozagrel sodium intravenous drip, the observation group was given the drug chlorine PI Gray tablets combined with aspirin tablets, 14 days for 1 a course of treatment, and then observed after treatment of the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results After 1 courses of treatment, two groups of patients with neurological deficit scores were compared with those before treatment were decreased, but in the observation group were decreased by （9＋7.3）, significantly better than the control group of patients, comparing the two groups of patients with neurologic impairment score, the difference was statistically significant （t=2.81, P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 86.93%, significantly higher than the control group （68.63%）, the total efficiency compared two groups of patients, it has obvious difference （P〈0.05）, there is statistical significance. Conclusion Using drug Plavix （CL PI Gray） combined with aspirin, a common treatment in patients with a-cute cerebral infarction is not only a significant treatment effect, and is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
