NB-UVB联合复方氟米松治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的效果探讨

Observation of NB-UVB combined with Compound Flumetasone Treatment of Pamoplantar Keratodermia Eczema

目的观察分析窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合复方氟米松治疗掌跖角化性湿疹的效果。方法于该院收治的掌跖角化性湿疹患者中随机选取80例,均分为两组,对照组40例外用氟米松治疗,观察组40例使用NB-UVB联合复方氟米松治疗,对比不同方法的疗效。结果治疗后观察组患者的症状体征评分、治疗效果、复发率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NB-UVB联合复方氟米松治疗掌跖角化性湿疹疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） combined with compound Flumetasone treatment of pamoplantar Keratodermia eczema. Methods Self hospital palmoplantar Keratodermia eczema patients were randomly selected 80 cases, divided into two groups, 40 cases in control group with Flumetasone treatment, observation using NB-UVB combined with compound Flumetasone 40 cases in the treatment group, the curative effect comparison of different methods. Re-sults After the treatment, the observation group of patients with symptoms score, therapeutic effect, recurrence rate compared with the control group significantly, P〈0.05, two group, the incidence of adverse reaction of no significant difference,P〈0.05. Conclu-sion NB-UVB combined with compound Flumetasone treatment of pamoplantar Keratodermia eczema effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
