健脾化痰凉血活血利水方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水临床疗效探讨

Jianpi Huatan Liangxue Huoxue Decoction in Treatment of Hepatitis B Cirrhosis Ascites Clinical Curative Effect Observation

目的探讨健脾化痰凉血活血利水方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水临床疗效。方法乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水患者100例,随机分为观察组、中药组各50例。观察组常规予西药治疗,中药组选用中药+常规西药治疗,两组疗程均为28 d。分别观察二组患者症状改善情况,肝功能变化,判断临床疗效。结果中药组在改善肝功能、症状改善明显优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且无不良反应。结论健脾化痰凉血活血利水方治疗乙型肝炎肝硬化腹水疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Huatan ascites Liangxue Huoxue Decoction in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods 100 cases of patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis ascites, were randomly divided into the obser-vation group, Chinese medicine group with 50 cases in each group. The observation group treated with western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine group selection of Chinese medicine ＋ conventional western medicine treatment, two groups were treated for 28 days. The two groups were observed in patients with symptoms to improve the situation, the change of liver function, and evaluate the clinical effect. Results The Chinese medicine group in improving liver function, symptoms improved significantly better than the observation group, there was significant difference （P〈0.05）, and no adverse reaction. Conclusion The curative ef-fect of Jianpi Huatan Liangxue Huoxue Decoction in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis ascites significantly, safe and reliable.
