慢性肺心病急性发作期心律失常心电图分析

目的探讨慢性肺心病急性发作期心律失常心电图特点,丰富肺心病的临床资料。方法回顾分析2013年1月—2014年9月该院收治的54例慢性肺心病患者急性发作患者的心电图,分析和总结心率失常发生率、类型及相关因素。结果该组患者心电图分析以窦性心动过速和心脏呈顺时向转位居多,其次为肺性P波、ST-T改变及低电压等;心律失常33例(61.1%),尤以房性心律失常为多,其次为室性早搏、左右束支传导阻滞及房颤等;为主心衰、肺部感染及电解质及酸碱失衡是诱发心律失常的主要原因。结论对慢性肺心病急性发作期心律失常进行心电图分析,能为临床治疗提供重要依据,需采取系统综合性治疗。

Objective Explore the acute episode of chronic cor pulmonale arrhythmia ecg characteristic. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital, 54 patients with chronic cor pulmonale acute arrhythmia ecg, analyzes and summarizes the incidence of ar-rhythmia, types and related factors. Results Ecg analysis of sinus tachycardia and heart in chronological transposition, followed by pulmonary P wave, STS change and the low voltage, etc.;Arrhythmia 33 cases （61.1%）, including room premature beat, ventricular premature beat, left and right bundle branch block, Arial fibrillation, Etc; Give priority to heart failure, lung infection and elec-trolyte and acid-base imbalance is a major cause of inducing arrhythmia. Conclusion Electrocardiogram on acute episode of chronic cor pulmonale arrhythmia analysis, provide important basis for clinical treatment.
