摘要
对我院收治的1例上颌骨动静脉畸形病例并结合文献予以临床分析,以探讨上颌骨动静脉畸形的临床表现、早期诊断和治疗方法。该病例经栓塞右侧颌内动脉及右侧颞浅动脉分支,复查无复发,颌面部肿胀减轻。因此,栓塞治疗是一种有效的止血方法,栓塞后对瘤体进行刮治或硬化剂治疗能有效减少复发。
The treatment of a case of maxillary arteriovenous malformation was reported , and literatures were reviewed, to explore the clinical manifestations of the maxillary arteriovenous fistula, early diagnosis and treatment. The clinic expe-rience and literatures review show embolization is an effective hemostatic method and treatment method.
