摘要
采用先整体后局部的思路,根据"十三五"期间负荷、电源和电网的发展情况,结合新能源的消纳空间,对云南全省、主要片区、重点区域的新能源开发规模给出合理的建议,优化新能源在云南的发展布局。
this paper using the global to ocal method. According to the 2015-2020 load, power supply and power grid development, combined with the newenergy consumption space, this paper gives the advice for development scale of Yunnan Province, the main area, key areas, and optimizes the distribution of new energy in Yunnan.
