摘要
建立了电力事故分析的瑟利模型,从危险发生、危险释放两个阶段分析了可能导致信息处理失效的根本原因,提出了电力事故预控思路和预控策略,对电力事故分析、预控具有一定的理论参考价值。
In this paper, a Surry Model of power accident is established, and the basic reason is analyzed , which may lead to the people make the failure information in the danger occurrence phase and the danger release phase. Then this paper puts forward a pre -control idea and strategy, it has some theoretical reference value for fault analysis and pre-control.
