rh-aFGF联合美宝创疡贴治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床效果观察

目的:观察rh-aFGF(重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子)联合美宝创疡贴在治疗Ⅱ期压疮创面方面的疗效。方法:Ⅱ期压疮创面患者76例,随机采用自身对照选择相同深度的两个创面,分为应用rh-aFGF联合美宝创疡贴为治疗组(简称治疗组);应用溶菌酶纱布治疗为对照组(简称对照组)。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为76.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:rh-aFGF联合美宝创疡贴在治疗Ⅱ期压疮创面方面能明显促进创面愈合,明显缩短愈合时间,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the rh-aFGF and clinical effects of MEBO Wond dressing on Phase Ⅱ pressure ulcers patients. Methods Using homebody comparison,the Phase Ⅱ pressure ulcers patients of 76 burn cases were divided into two groups by randomization.The experimental group was treated with rh-aFGF and MEBO Wond.While the control group was treated with Lysozyme gauze. Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group total efficiency is 94.7% ,the control group was 76.3% .The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion rh-aFGF and clinical effects of MEBO Wond in the treatment of the Phase Ⅱ pressure ulcers wounds can promote wound healing,significantly shorten the healing time,curative effect is distinct,it is worth promoting.
