局部正畸联合种植治疗第一磨牙长期缺失患者的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of the long absence of the first molar tooth with local orthodontic treatment

目的:通过局部正畸联合种植治疗对于第一磨牙长期缺失患者进行治疗,观察临床效果。方法:采用局部正畸技术,直立缺隙邻近倾斜牙齿,压低缺隙对颌伸长的牙齿,集中散在间隙并开辟缺牙间隙。获得足够的种植空间后植入牙种植体。结果:13例患者经治疗后均达到理想的临床效果。结论:对第一磨牙长期缺失的患者利用局部正畸结合种植义齿修复能获得满意的效果。

Objective To evaluate application of orthodontic-implant sequential treatment for long term first molar defect. Methods Orthodontic methods included uprighting tipped tooth,intrusion overerupted tooth,redistributing space of denture,regaining enough space for implant restoration. Results Satisfactory esthetic and functional results were achieved for all the cases. Conclusion These results suggest that orthodontic-implant sequential treatment for restoration of patients with long term first molar defect is necessary and can obtain optimal results.
